# 手電筒模式

不論是在星空下露營，或是半夜想以較溫和的光線在家中走動，您都可以將手錶作為手電筒使用，為您指引方向。

若要開啟「手電筒」功能，請長按返回/圈數鍵以開啟工具選單。轉動錶冠捲動至「手電筒」並按下錶冠選取。接著，您可以透過上下轉動錶冠來調整亮度等級。

若要關閉手電筒，只需按下一次返回/圈數鍵即可。為了節省電力並保護螢幕健康，手電筒會在開啟 5 分鐘後自動關閉。
