在日程頁面，點擊屏幕右側，訓練計劃，進入訓練計劃庫。

* 查找訓練計劃

計劃清單，在清單中直接查找，或通過關鍵字搜索目標訓練計劃。

查看計劃，執行中或已完成。

* 創建訓練計劃

支援直接創建訓練計劃，輸入訓練計劃名稱和簡介，在指定日期添加訓練或訓練組合，支援複製粘貼整周訓練內容。

設置週期階段，明確短週期訓練目標。

* 刪除訓練計劃

支援刪除訓練計劃，刪除後，訓練計劃將會從伺服器刪除（網頁端和COROS APP）。

* 分享訓練計劃

支持通過連結分享訓練計劃給他人。
