#### 【注意事項】

* 清潔心率臂帶時，請務必使用溫水（水溫請勿超過 40°C）。
* 我們不建議使用含有強力化學成分的清潔劑，例如：衣物柔軟精、漂白劑、去污劑等。
* 未遵守上述建議可能會導致錶帶材質受損、損壞光學心率感測器，並可能使 COROS 保固政策 失效。

#### 日常保養說明

在每次運動結束後，我們建議執行以下步驟，快速且輕鬆地清除裝置上的汗水與髒污：

1. 將心率臂帶從手臂上取下。
2. 使用溫和的溫水沖洗臂帶與感測器約 20-30 秒。
3. 在下次使用前，請確保感測器與臂帶已完全自然風乾。

#### 深度清潔說明

為了預防運動過程中可能產生的皮膚過敏或不適，我們建議每 1 到 2 週針對臂帶進行一次徹底清潔。

**手洗指南**

* 步驟 1： 確保感測器已拆除。

* 步驟 4： 用溫水將清潔劑徹底沖洗乾淨。
* 步驟 5： 確認無清潔劑殘留後，讓臂帶完全自然風乾，再裝回感測器。

**機洗指南**

* 步驟 2： 我們強烈建議將臂帶放入洗衣袋中，再放入洗衣機。
* 步驟 3： 加入少量洗衣精，並使用溫水以「柔洗/精緻衣物」模式清洗。
