# COROS 心率臂帶常見問題排除

#### 與其他裝置配對

* 配對 COROS 手錶：請進入手錶的 系統 > 配件 > 新增藍牙，然後選擇您的心率臂帶。在配對過程中，請務必將臂帶配戴在上手臂（二頭肌處）以啟動配對模式。若臂帶斷開連接或電量過低，手錶將自動切換回內建的光學心率（OHR）感測器。
* 配對其他品牌裝置：過程大同小異。請在配戴臂帶的狀態下，進入該裝置的藍牙選單搜尋並新增。請務必確認您的裝置支援「藍牙」外接配件，因為 COROS 心率臂帶不支援 ANT+ 連線。
* 頻繁斷線：若配對成功但經常斷線，請檢查臂帶是否同時連接超過 3 台裝置。若超過此上限，臂帶可能會自動斷開所有連線。
* 無法搜尋到裝置：請將心率臂帶充電 2 小時。移除電源後，用手指按住感測器，若看到背面綠燈閃爍，表示已進入配對模式，請再次嘗試配對。若仍無效，請參考文末步驟嘗試「重置」。

#### 連接 COROS App

將心率臂帶連接至 COROS App 主要用於更新韌體。

#### 心率數據不準確

COROS 心率臂帶採用光學心率（OHR）技術，透過偵測皮膚下的血流反射來估算心率。

* 配戴位置：為了獲得精確數據，請將臂帶正確配戴在二頭肌與三角肌之間。在不感到不適的前提下，請盡可能貼合，避免運動時滑動。
* 清潔維護：定期用清水沖洗感測器，並使用柔軟的無塵布輕輕擦乾，以確保讀取精準。
* 狀態確認：在 COROS 手錶上，若心率數據欄位顯示 「EXT」（代表 External，外部心率配件），即表示臂帶連接成功。若未顯示，手錶可能正在使用內建感測器。

#### 重置心率臂帶（Reset）

許多連線問題可以透過重置來解決，請依照下列步驟操作：

1. 將心率臂帶插上充電線。
2. 一旦橘燈亮起，立即拔掉充電線。
3. 等待 2-3 秒，再次插上充電線。
4. 重複上述「插上-拔掉」動作共 5 次。
5. 當第 5 次拔掉充電線時，橘燈會連續閃爍幾次，隨後轉為綠燈常亮，表示重置成功。
