# COROS 心率臂帶相容性說明

COROS 心率臂帶可透過藍牙（Bluetooth）與下列支援藍牙連接的裝置進行配對，並記錄心率數據：

* 運動追蹤 App（例如：Strava）
* GPS 運動手錶、自行車車錶，以及其他具備藍牙功能的裝置

> 【重要提醒】 > COROS 心率臂帶不會直接將心率數據傳送到手機內的 COROS App。與 COROS App 配對的主要目的是為了進行韌體更新。

請注意，並非所有支援藍牙連接的裝置都能接收心率數據或與外部感測器配對。建議您查閱該裝置的使用說明書以確認規格。例如：部分 Garmin 手錶僅支援與手機連線，並不支援與外部感測器進行藍牙配對。您可以前往 Garmin 官網搜尋您的產品型號，確認是否支援透過藍牙連接外部感測器。
