#### 1：數位錶冠(旋鈕) / 確認鍵 

* 滾動/旋轉錶冠，以上下移動選項 
* 按下錶冠代表確認
* 運動結束時長按以完成訓練 

#### 2：返回 / 取消 / 計圈 

* 按下可返回上一層選單（返回按鈕）
* 運動期間按下代表記圈或換下一個項目 
* 長按：打開快捷選單
