# 小睡偵測與追蹤

**自動小睡偵測**

您的 COROS 手錶會全天 24 小時自動識別並追蹤睡眠。任何少於 3 小時的睡眠都會被歸類為小睡，而持續超過 3 小時的睡眠則會記錄睡眠階段（淺眠、深度睡眠、快速眼動（REM））。

**如何手動追蹤小睡**

儘管您的手錶會自動偵測並追蹤小睡，您也可以從工具箱選單中手動設定計時小睡。從手錶主錶盤長按「返回」按鈕，然後滾動到「計時小睡」小工具，選擇 15 至 90 分鐘之間的任意時長。計時結束時，手錶會提醒您，並將睡眠數據記錄為小睡，納入當日的睡眠摘要中。

**睡眠品質評分**

儘管單次小睡不會獲得睡眠品質評分或睡眠階段的評估，但它們會計入當日的總睡眠時長，這將影響您的睡眠品質評分（如果當天還有一個超過 3 小時的睡眠時段被記錄）。
