# 校準 POD 2

將 POD 2 與手錶配對後，您可以在手錶設置中完成手動校準。您的 COROS POD 2 將在您第一次跑步時自動校準，手動步驟不是必需的，但如果您認為從 POD 2 測量的數據中存在任何誤差範圍，那可能會有所幫助。

1. 在手錶選項中，進入設置 > 配件 > 已新增列表。
2. 選擇 POD 2 並選擇校準。
3. 水平和垂直旋轉 POD 2，如手錶顯示螢幕所示
4. 繼續旋轉 20 到 30 秒，直到出現綠色打勾記號。
