<summary><strong>七天鑑賞期服務說明</strong></summary>

在樂達運動官網購買的產品，可享受在收到貨物後 7 天鑑賞期內（含假日）的退貨退款服務。

在樂達授權經銷的零售商店購買的產品，必須退回到該零售店，相關事項按照零售商家的退換貨政策執行。

7 天鑑賞期指的是猶豫期而非試用期，商品須在完整，已還原狀態下，包含完好原包裝才能進行退貨，且不可超出必要檢查使用範圍。

* 若商品有使用痕跡，酌收 10% 整新費。
* 若為啟用後的數位內容類商品（如 QRCode 激活），酌收 15% 整新費。
* 已受損或影響功能商品，樂達運動有權拒絕退貨。
* 非商品瑕疵等狀況，申請退貨服務，需由買家自行負擔運費寄回。
* 可申請單一品項退換貨，無需整單退回。
* 建議拆封全程錄影，以保障雙方權益。

1. 在 COROS Taiwan 官網購買產品者，請登入會員後使用「[我的帳戶](https://www.corostw.com/account/index#_=_)」>「[訂單查詢](https://www.corostw.com/account/orders)」 > 訂單明細 > 問答功能；或是使用此頁面上方的 「Messenger 線上客服」 私訊功能與我們聯繫。
2. 客服專員安排退貨後，請將商品、發票、活動贈品等所有物品完整包裝好。
3. 將商品保持原包裝後寄回。
4. 我們收到商品後會進行核對商品狀況，確認符合退貨條件後進行退款。
5. 確認無誤後，我們將在 7 個工作天內進行退款流程。
