# 如何將RQ課表自動同步到COROS運動手錶？

COROS 手錶完全支援功率課表。

請先至"[裝置連接](https://www.runningquotient.com/calendar/upload)"頁面中，選擇 COROS 並完成 COROS 連接。（如已經連接，可略過此步驟）連接完成後，請打開 COROS APP，選擇下方盾牌標誌

1. 點選「訓練日程」
2. 右上方「三」> 點選「計畫庫」
3. 選擇「RQ 訓練計畫與課表」（如沒有出現，請往下滑刷新）
4. 點選「開啟訓練計畫」訓練營的課表就會出現在你的 COROS APP 內
5. 點選「發送至手錶」就會同步課表到手錶。 注意：

* 請記得定期讓 COROS APP 與手錶連線，才會有最新的課表到手錶中。 
* 請從 RQ 端與 COROS 連接，請勿從 COROS 內「第三方」同步 RQ ，這樣會接收不到課表。
