# COROS 訓練計畫說明

## 1. APP 中的 「訓練計畫庫」

* 這是只存在於手機 APP 中，可以進行計畫、編輯課表，或是分享給其他人，不會跟手錶中正在執行的訓練計畫同步。
* 點擊訓練計畫 > 開啟訓練計畫，可以將此計畫傳到手錶，可選開始或更新訓練計畫

## 2. 如何管理進行中的 「訓練計畫庫」

* 訓練計畫傳到手錶後，可以在訓練日程中進行管理、修改。
* 刪除訓練計畫方式如下
