# 海拔高度數據不準確怎麼辦？

COROS 手錶依靠氣壓計獲取海拔高度數據，它將氣壓數據轉換為海拔高度。即使海拔保持不變，長時間的戶外運動也容易受到氣壓變化的影響。 

下面列出的因素可能會影響[海拔軟體](https://support.coros.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039839412-Widgets-Elevation)上的海拔高度數據。

* 天氣氣壓的自然變化
* 天氣變化
* 加壓環境
* 暖器和冷氣空調
* 浸置在水中
* 強風
* 感應器中的灰塵/污垢

解決方法

## 1. 清潔氣壓感測器的氣孔

### A. 請用自來水及吹塵器 (勿使用毛刷) 清潔手錶上氣壓傳感器的氣孔。

* COROS VERTIX / VERTIX 2
  * 氣壓計位於手錶側面的 9 點鐘位置。
* COROS PACE 2 / PACE 3 / APEX / APEX Pro / APEX 2 / APEX 2 Pro
  * 氣壓計位於手錶 12 點鐘位置，錶帶的下方。

### B. 請在清潔後放置於空氣流通的地方，待水份乾燥後，檢查高度數據是否正常

## 2. 校準手錶的高度

建議在透過 GPS 進行日常追蹤或定期手動輸入來校準海拔高度。COROS 手錶會在戶外訓練期間使用 GPS 自動校準高度，以確保最佳準確性。 

* 時間錶盤 → 設置 → 傳感器 → 校準 → 高度計 → 使用 GPS 校準 / 輸入當前高度。 
  * 使用 GPS 校準高度時，請務必站在「<mark style="color:red;">**戶外的開闊平地**</mark>」，以獲得最佳精確度。&#x20;

## 3. 重置手錶

將手錶恢復到原廠設置

* 時間錶盤 → 設置 → 更多設置 → 恢復原廠  → 恢復設置\
  由於恢復設置會清除手錶所有的運動紀錄，請事先將手錶與 COROS APP 同步&#x20;
